We are expanding our residential construction loan officer team to meet the growing demand for ground-up lending in the Southeast. As a senior lending specialist, you will be responsible for leading and growing a team of skilled loan originators, driving business growth, and developing relationships with builders.

The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of success in mortgage lending, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results-oriented behavior within their team. This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Description:

• Champion company initiatives that cater to builders' requirements for enhanced loan programs
• Aggressively market loan products to individuals and generate interest from potential builder clients
• Develop a rapport with new clients and provide support that continually improves the relationship
• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, some college education preferred
• Minimum 3 years' recent work experience as a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer in the banking industry
• Excellent customer service skills, both in written and oral communication
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Mortgage Loan Applications/Software
