The Embroidery Factory is looking for an Embroidery Machine Operator to handle our in house production. As a part of the Production team, you will handle large volume embroidery orders, maintain and clean machines, QC production and package orders. The ideal candidate has the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines, has general knowledge of different types of embroidery and sewing machines and has superior communication skills. This is an on-your-feet job and with fast turnaround times, we need an energetic person with an excellent work ethic.

We are a well established and recognized embroidery factory with locations in PA and FL. We offer very competitive pay and benefits, as well as a high quality environment for employees to learn and grow.
Currently seeking EXPERIENCED embroidery machine operators with knowledge of Tajima machines. We are a high quality factory, and we prefer operators with at least 3 years of experience in a similar environment and with a desire to be the best!
What you'll be doing:
- Read, interpret and complete embroidery orders
- Set up the machines for each job and communicate order status with the fulfillment team
- Load design, thread selection, hooping, trimming and packaging
- Operate Tajima embroidery machine
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
- Load and unload materials onto equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance on the machinery daily
- Hoop the garments FLAT, CAP, SLEEVE, MISC correctly and efficiently
- Set up machine steps and colors correctly
- You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.
- Inspect merchandise against order specifications
- Complete adjustments or repairs to embroidery set ups
- Perform minor machine repairs
- Cleaning and oiling machines
- Keeping work area clean and tidy
- Manage supplies and storage
Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Bilingual - not required, but beneficial
- Experience in running, operating, and troubleshooting embroidery machines (Tajima machine knowledge is a plus)
- Single and multi-head machine experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines

Qualifications:
- Must have embroidery experience as an operator. 1 year
