**Job Responsibilities:*** Provide high-quality personal care services to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral care.* Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.* Monitor and record vital signs, weights, measurements, and other important health information.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.* Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and implementation.* Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident care and progress.
**Requirements:*** Current CNA certification in NY state.* At least 6 months of CNA experience.* Active CPR certification.* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
