As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing and supervising tenant care, ensuring the highest quality of care is received in accordance with Minnesota BON standards and the Tenants' Bill of Rights.
You will collect and analyze data to perform comprehensive assessments, creating detailed Plans of Care that meet individual needs and preferences. You will oversee practical nurses, CNAs, and nursing personnel, assessing their knowledge, skills, and capabilities to ensure the safety of tenants.
