Job Description
The Respiratory Therapist plays a crucial role in providing residents with high-quality respiratory care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans in coordination with RN Nurse Managers.
- Assess, treat, and coordinate all respiratory needs for residents in the Ventilator Unit.
- Ensure that all respiratory activities support residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota License as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Three years of clinical experience administering direct care.
