What's your day like?
As a Part-Time Human Resources Assistant at The Emerge Center, you can expect a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth functioning of our HR department. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist in managing employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and supporting onboarding processes for new hires. You will also help prepare and maintain HR documentation while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Communication will be key, as you'll interact with staff across the organization to address inquiries and provide support. Your schedule will be flexible, and tailored to the department's needs, but you should be available during our core operating hours of 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM.
