About the Role:
The Emerson Inn by the Sea is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and positive Housekeeping Team Member to help create a polished and welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors. Housekeepers play a vital role in our guest experience by ensuring our rooms and common areas are spotless and refreshed.
This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in a job well done in a beautiful coastal setting.
Compensation & Schedule:
· $17-$21/hour
· Part-Time or Full-Time (May–October) | Weekends Required
Key Responsibilities:
· Clean and reset guest rooms to meet our high cleanliness and presentation standards
· Restock guest amenities and supplies
· Clean public areas, including lobby, hallways, and restrooms
· Assist with laundry, linen organization, and housekeeping closet stocking
· Communicate with front desk and maintenance to ensure timely service and repairs
· Provide friendly, respectful interactions with guests when needed
