Position Overview

Residential Therapists provide individual or group therapy to Adult clients. Therapists collaborate in a multi-disciplinary setting with other Emily Program clinicians to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8 hour days between 7 : 30am to 6pm
  • Up to two evenings a week

How Therapists Empower Recovery

  • Develops, implements and coordinates services and monitors and evaluates individualized treatment plans
  • Conducts assigned group counseling sessions and therapeutic meal support
  • Collaborate with Emily Program Staff, community professionals, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with The Emily Program policies and regulatory standards and may participate in quality assessment / peer review of documentation
  • Maintains and enhances knowledge of current clinical practice, strategies, and developments through participation in his or her professional organization; attending related seminars, workshops, and conferences; and reviewing literature
  • Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in clinical mental health, social work, or related field.
  • Current independent license (or actively working towards licensure) in the state of MN required (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC)
  • Individual & family psychotherapy experience required
  • Compensation

    Salary is based off independent or provisional licensure and experience.

    Pre-Independently Licensed Therapists encouraged to apply. We provide supervision at no cost.
