Behavioral Health Technician
The Behavioral Health Technician supports the residential and inpatient milieu by facilitating therapeutic activity groups, assisting clients in acquiring skills to manage their eating disorder, maintaining a recovery-oriented environment, and providing general support and assistance.
Compensation Range :
Behavioral Health Technician : $22.00 - $28.00
Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications / experience met for position.
Schedule :
Full Time, 0.8 FTE (32 hrs / wk), focusing on Evening & Overnight shifts. (Trained on Days shifts as well for coverage).
- Days : 6 : 30 - 3 : 00pm / 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm
- Evenings : 1 : 30pm - 10 : 00pm / 2 : 30 - 11 : 00pm / 3 : 30pm - 12 : 00am
- Overnights : 11 : 00pm - 7 : 30am
How Behavioral Health Technicians Empower Recovery :
Available to support and assist in programming; or to support when programming is not scheduledPartners with the multi-disciplinary team on care plan and treatmentParticipates in therapeutic meals and snacks and provides support to residents at mealtimes and snacksAssists in resident admissionsAvailable to engage, challenge, and support residents as neededMonitors and supports bathroom use per client treatmentResponsible for enforcing appropriate policies with residents and completing all expected tasks including hourly room-checksQualifications :
