Position Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience. This role leverages technical, functional, and business expertise to provide guidance to management and employees on employee relations, including policies, programs, compensation, employment law, and compliance.
This position is integral to fostering a workplace culture that values employee talents, contributions, and strengths, while serving as a strong advocate for staff. The HRBP supports Accanto Health's mission to deliver personalized care for individuals facing eating disorders.
Schedule
- Full Time, benefits eligible, 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
- Monday-Friday, during traditional business hours. Note : Services are rendered in Pacific Time zone.
Location :
Compensation Range : 76,000 - $87,000
Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications / experience met for position.
