Position Overview
The HR/Executive Operations Assistant manages daily operations onsite at Accanto's Central Services Office, administratively supports the HR Operation Teams and provides executive support to members of the Executive Team. This role ensures an efficient, welcoming, and productive environment while supporting employees, HR processes, and executive functions.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm CT
Compensation Disclosure
- Starting hourly range between $23 - $28
Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position
How HR/Executive Operations Assistants Empower Recovery
- Assist the Executive Management Team with administrative tasks such as calendar management, expense reports, and documentation.
- Organize and schedule meetings, including Town Halls, HR Department Meetings, Executive Operations Leadership Meetings, and Board Meetings.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, directing them as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, distributing, and filing documents. Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Oversee office supplies, conference room reservations, and general administrative tasks.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with processes and programs. Assist with internal and external HR audits
- Coordinate and facilitate New Employee Orientation in partnership with the HR Operations Manager and HRC team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Minimum 2-year experience working in a corporate office support function, executive support or Human Resources team, required.
