Position Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience. This role leverages technical, functional, and business expertise to provide guidance to management and employees on employee relations, including policies, programs, compensation, employment law, and compliance. The HRBP is integral to fostering a workplace culture that values employee talents, contributions, and strengths, while serving as a strong advocate for staff. The HRBP supports Accanto Health's mission to deliver personalized care for individuals facing eating disorders.
Schedule
- Full Time, benefits eligible, 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
- Monday-Friday, during core business hours. Note: Services are rendered in Central Time zone.
Location:
- The position requires residence within commuting distance to St Paul, Minneapolis and St Louis Park, MN
- The position is hybrid and will be on-site 3 days/week.
- The position requires travel to other regional sites as needed.
Compensation Disclosure:
Starting salary between $63,000 - $86,000 annually.
Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position
How HRBPs Empower Recovery
- Provide leadership and consultative support to leaders on diverse and complex issues based on extensive knowledge and accurate interpretation of Accanto policies and federal and state regulations.
- Create and conduct high quality training on HR related topics and areas of expertise periodically, for leaders and employees.
- Provide coaching and guidance to management on performance management in the organization to encompass all aspects of performance, including employee reviews, performance discussions, the progressive corrective action process, performance improvement plans, development plans and succession planning in a
manner that embodies the values of the organization and is effective. - Establish and maintain relationships to understand site needs and proactively deliver solutions for the sites and region supported. This includes regular meetings with leadership and onsite presence as assigned or needed.
- Act as a Co-Owner for regulatory audits, alongside HR Operations to lead the HR team in ensuring all required documentation is complete, attend and lead meetings, provide periodic re-caps of progress, delegate communication to audit participants, own and be able to answer questions regarding company policies, and be present during the scheduled audit if it is within the vicinity of your location.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, required.
- Minimum of three years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist or five years' experience as a Human Resource Professional, required.
- Professional Certification such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR preferred.
