What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program/Outpatient Therapist position at The Emily Program?

Position Summary :
Provides individual, group, or family psychotherapy for adolescent population in Intensive Outpatient Program for The Emily Program & Outpatient services for Gather Behavioral Health. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting with other Emily Program clinicians to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family.
Compensation Range :
- Pre-Independently Licensed Therapists : Starting salary range between $50,000-$70,000
- Independently Licensed Therapists : Starting salary range between $60,000-$80,000
Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications / experience met for the position
