We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at The Emlin Group. In this role, you will provide critical support to our CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the CEO's calendar and scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments.
- Developing and implementing effective administrative systems and processes to streamline tasks and improve productivity.
- Coordinating company events and activities as well as business dinners, celebrations, etc.
- Preparing and submitting expense reports for the CEO.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to the CEO and other stakeholders.
Requirements for this position include:
- 10 years of C-Suite executive assistant experience.
- BA/BS Degree (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and anticipate needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
