Are you an experienced property accountant with a strong technology background? We are seeking a Senior Property Accountant who can seamlessly blend accounting expertise with operational and software integration responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee property accounting functions, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis.
- Manage the integration and optimization of MRI or Yardi, ensuring seamless data flow and efficiency.
- Collaborate with property management teams to improve financial operations and reporting processes.
- Provide technical guidance on Yardi/MRI functionality, SQL, and database management.
- Work cross-functionally with banking, site-level teams, and external providers to streamline financial processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of accounting experience in real estate or property management.
- Strong proficiency in MRI or Yardi software (integration experience a plus).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to analyze and optimize software workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to support internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
