Role Description
This is a remote role for a Business Development Specialist at THE EMPLOYEE CONNECT. The specialist will be responsible for tasks related to analytical skills, communication, lead generation, market research, customer service and Client Acquisition on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Lead Generation skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in business development or related field
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of ZohoCRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Previous Experience as Business Development Specialist for a Recruiting Agency HIGHLY PREFERRED.
