Job Description:
The Employee Connect is looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our team as an Independent Contractor. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates, introducing job opportunities, and qualifying leads. You will primarily focus on recruiting nurses for travel, contract, and permanent roles. The Employee Connect will provide the nurses, a script for the phone, texting and or emailing.
This is a commission-only position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to earn based on performance. You will receive commissions for every successful placement we make that was a result of your call. In addition to your earnings, you’ll have access to regular support from our recruitment team and be required to attend weekly meetings to provide progress updates and receive guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify potential candidates for travel, contract, and permanent nursing roles.
- Introduce job opportunities to candidates and assess their qualifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and leads in Excel, as provided by The Employee Connect.
- Provide bi-weekly progress updates during scheduled meetings with the recruitment team.
- Meet performance targets related to successful placements.
- Ensure all client, candidate, and company information is kept confidential at all times.
- Agree to a non-solicitation clause post-termination for a period of 12 months.
Must Haves/Requirements Summary:
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential candidates.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Organized with attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records.
- Previous experience in recruiting or working with the healthcare industry (preferred but not required).
- Must have access to Excel and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to attend weekly meetings with the recruitment team.
- Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Must sign an Independent Contractor Agreement, agreeing to all terms outlined.
Salary : $150 - $200
