Job Summary :
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the residential sales division. This is a full-time role with uncapped earning potential, offering weekly pay, direct and override commissions, and top performer annual earnings exceeding $250,000.
The role involves overseeing all aspects of sales, managing and building a high-performing team, and driving business development to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Recruit and hire sales representatives to expand the division.
- Revenue Growth : Develop and execute sales strategies to drive lead generation, conversion, and client acquisition. Conduct client site visits and consultations to recommend roofing and siding solutions.
- Client Management : Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with leadership to align on revenue goals and company objectives. Work closely with other divisions to streamline project delivery.
- Market Expertise : Stay updated on roofing and siding construction methods, materials, and trends. Train the sales team on technical and product knowledge.
- Process Optimization : Refine sales workflows to improve efficiency and results. Leverage CRM tools to track leads, monitor performance, and manage the pipeline.
