Our client, a well-established firm, is seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager to join their team in Tulsa, OK. This position offers a hybrid work option with three days in the office and two days remote. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in public accounting, a CPA license, and a deep understanding of tax strategies across various industries.
Responsibilities
As a Tax Senior Manager, your typical day may include:
- Managing and Reviewing Returns: Oversee high-level tax returns for clients across diverse industries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with clients and internal staff to complete tax returns, consulting projects, and provisions on time.
- Approval and Release: Review, approve, and sign completed tax returns before releasing them to clients.
- Team Development: Mentor and coach staff members, fostering their professional growth and technical skills.
- Information Gathering: Work closely with clients to collect relevant tax-related information for preparing accurate returns.
- Strategic Tax Planning: Evaluate tax scenarios from multiple perspectives to maximize client benefits.
- Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with current clients and network to attract new business opportunities.
