Location: Tempe, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Normal office hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM* (In-person, no remote possible
*Some early mornings required during event season

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and assist with events from start to finish (trade shows in Arizona and Las Vegas—fun, right?).
- Customer Service Excellence: Be the friendly face of our team in all facets of the workplace, ensuring smooth event experiences for clients and partners.
- Marketing & Outreach: Help promote our events through social media, newsletters, and other channels.
- Representing Us: Co-host high energy fast paced employee appreciation fairs and corporate events to showcase our brand and our Partners.
- Collaborative Support: Collaborate on our events and marketing, supporting day-to-day general office tasks.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bonus Points for Experience: Event coordination, Constant Contact, WordPress, Canva, Photoshop, social media—if you’re familiar with these, awesome! If not, we’ll teach you the ropes.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: You thrive on keeping things running smoothly and love to tackle multiple tasks at once.
- Outgoing & Friendly: A warm personality that makes clients and vendors feel welcome and valued.
- Creative & Professional: You bring ideas to life with a professional, polished touch.
- Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long events and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Be comfortable in a crowded environment.
- Clean Driving Record: You’ll need to travel to events now and then and be able to drive the company vehicle.
- Ability to Travel: Must be able to travel occasionally (paid by employer).
