This position will provide valuable support to our HR department referred to as People and Culture, assisting with a variety of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative duties.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Human Resources Generalist. This position will provide valuable support to our HR department referred to as People and Culture, assisting with a variety of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist with posting job advertisements on various platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding procedures
- Employee Relations:
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive attitude and a team-player mentality
- Non-Profit work experience is preferred
Compensation Offered: $30 per hour
