A top architecture firm in Boston is seeking an experienced and creative Project Manager with a strong background overseeing the design process with 8 years of experience in a design firm to join our team. This role will work closely with the Principal-in-Charge in the design and management of multi-family housing and / or civic projects .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and management of multi-family and civic projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee and coordinate construction drawings, consultant teams, and project documentation .
- Prepare and deliver client and community presentations .
- Manage project budgets, contracts, and fee proposals .
- Provide construction administration and ensure quality control throughout project phases.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships .
