Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, implementation, managing, and running of all company finance activities, including business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Support the CEO and Board with preparing monthly and annual financial plans.
- Review and approve in consultation with the company CPA the company's annual and interim earnings releases, financial statements, management discussions, and analysis.
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Ensure proper training of all personnel working on financial, accounting, or fiscal matters.
- Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.
