Chief Inspector

Job Overview
The Chief Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of aviation projects. This position involves overseeing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all work meets industry standards and contractual obligations. The Chief Inspector will work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality inspections on aviation aircrafts to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Analyze schematics and project plans to identify potential issues before they arise.
• Oversee the quality control process, ensuring that all materials and workmanship meet established standards.
• Collaborate with inspection teams to address any quality-related concerns promptly.
• Perform research data collection to support quality assurance initiatives and improve inspection processes.
• Review contracts to ensure that all quality requirements are met throughout the project.
• Provide guidance and training to inspection teams on best practices for quality inspection.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of quality control principles in aircraft environments.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics related to construction projects.
• Experience in conducting aviation inspections with a focus on pipelines and other infrastructure.

This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of construction projects and ensuring that they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standard.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
