Your Responsibilities :

  • Lead commercial construction projects from conception through completion
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality customer service
  • Monitor project progression and uphold quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance efficiency and solve challenges

    • Qualifications We Seek :

  • Experience in construction project management (commercial experience preferred)
  • Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor oversight
  • Exceptional communication and leadership qualities
  • Experience with wood frame, metal frame, and block frame projects is advantageous!
  • A genuine passion for teamwork and creating a positive, collaborative work atmosphere
