Responsibilities :
- Provide compensation support for multiple business units
- Advise and influence senior management and HR business partners on compensation programs and practices, linking them to overall business strategy.
- Partner with payroll processing provider to ensure team members are compensated timely and accurately and in compliance with all applicable laws and collective bargaining agreements.
- Design, assess, monitor and maintain a competitive pay philosophy and program.
- Analyze and evaluate market data, monitor business conditions and legal requirements, and promote industry best practices
- Lead overall strategy to ensure a competitive offering for all non-union employee benefits, reviewing and suggesting revisions and new programs as needed.
- Serve as 401k plan administrator (day-to-day oversight of plan activities), main point of contact for annual 401k audit, and 5500 filing.
- Manage day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, 401k, life and AD&D, short-term and long-term disability, paid parental leave, and employee assistance programs.
- Partner with external broker to lead annual benefit renewal negotiation process.
