- As a Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and confirming insurance requirements, obtaining certificates of insurance, and negotiating standard terms with customers.
- You will obtain president's approval for non-standard terms, execute standard and master agreements, and confirm licenses are active.
- Your responsibilities will also include filing license documents and identifying contract bonds.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or prelaw required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction contract review at a general contractor or subcontractor business.
