Responsibilities
- Overseeing project managers and / or superintendents on various civil / municipal projects
- coordination with engineers, architects, and other personnel
- client coordination
- coordination of subcontractors via scheduling and budget adherence
Experience
- Active Professional Engineering license in NJ
- Proven experience in construction management, preferably within a firm setting.
- Experience or interest in civil / municipal projects
- Strong skills in project scheduling and management, ensuring efficient workflow throughout all phases of a project.
- Ability to communicate with clients and other stakeholders effectively and professionally
