📌 Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with Division Presidents, VP of Accounting, and Financial Controller to support business operations.
- Assist the Senior Accountant with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare journal entries for cash receipts, inter-company transfers, and payroll.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements; report discrepancies.
- Oversee and reconcile expense reports.
- Compile and analyze financial data for accurate revenue/expense reporting.
- Support internal and external audits with documentation and financial reports.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Analyze existing workflows and propose best practice improvements.
- Additional responsibilities as needed.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
- 5 years of experience in an accounting-focused role.
- Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Prior experience with CMIC software is strongly preferred.
