Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and manage our construction projects. Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Implement effective budgeting strategies to control costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members in construction techniques, safety practices, and equipment usage.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using construction management software (e.g., ProCore) and tools like Bluebeam for project management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on budgeting and resource management.
- Familiarity with pipeline construction processes is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
