The Encompass Group has partnered with a company that provides comprehensive aircraft support services to both corporate and military clients in the Addison area to locate a People Department/HR Manager to join their established and collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing Payroll and benefits for employees
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Oversee benefits administration, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with this client's servant leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5 years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
