Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial concrete projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial concrete construction projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues to keep work on track.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Review and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
