Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage a schedule of homeowner visits and leads.
- Conduct home inspections, assess project needs, and provide solutions.
- Present proposals, address objections, and close sales.
- Complete contracts with all necessary documentation and payment arrangements.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement (20% expected from self-sourced efforts).
