Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial audits.
- Support project financing, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
