Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage daily field operations on commercial construction projects.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standard.
- Supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Clients to maintain smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans / specifications.
- Manage and resolve any on-site issues or delays to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on construction progress.
