Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team on the prioritization of adjustments to the plans given the unexpected variation to achieve better fill rate and improve forecast accuracy at sku/ customer high level.
- Collaborate with supply plan managers the necessary adjustments in production and supply plans based on current restrictions and keep Supply Chain Sr Planner informed to make decisions.
- Communicate the Supply Chain Sr Planner inter-functional gaps / alerts on the Supply Chain versus variations in demand behavior and act accordingly.
- Support planning and execution activities for co-packers (production plan, import status, inventory reconciler, process purchase orders in SAP and distribution).
- Generate, update and follow up on tactical and operational reports (fill rate, service level, utilization and others) to provide visibility and consequently act with the rest of the areas.
- Collaborate with the implementations of projects and programs that promote fill rate improvement and achieve supply chain reliability / efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in demand planning and/or supply planning (replenishment) or equivalent experience
- Strong MS Office, SAP, Power BI and Excel skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
- Advanced communication, results oriented, team management, interfunctional collaboration.
