Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales team on the prioritization of adjustments to the plans given the unexpected variation to achieve better fill rate and improve forecast accuracy at sku / customer high level.
Collaborate with supply plan managers the necessary adjustments in production and supply plans based on current restrictions and keep Supply Chain Sr Planner informed to make decisions.
Communicate the Supply Chain Sr Planner inter-functional gaps / alerts on the Supply Chain versus variations in demand behavior and act accordingly.
Support planning and execution activities for co-packers (production plan, import status, inventory reconciler, process purchase orders in SAP and distribution).
Generate, update and follow up on tactical and operational reports (fill rate, service level, utilization and others) to provide visibility and consequently act with the rest of the areas.
Collaborate with the implementations of projects and programs that promote fill rate improvement and achieve supply chain reliability / efficiencies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain or related field
Minimum of 5 years in demand planning and / or supply planning (replenishment) or equivalent experience
Strong MS Office, SAP, Power BI and Excel skills
Excellent analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
Advanced communication, results oriented, team management, interfunctional collaboration.
