We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator to lead the operations of our Ambulatory Endoscopy Center. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing clinical quality, patient safety, facility operations, team leadership, and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Quality and Patient Safety:
Champion a zero-harm culture by implementing and standardizing clinical quality and patient safety standards.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to deliver superior patient care and outcomes.
Partner with the Medical Executive Committee, Governing Body, and Board of Managers to ensure alignment with community healthcare needs.
Facility Operations and Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of clinical and business professionals.
Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accrediting body standards.
Oversee facility management, including maintenance, safety codes, and environment of care.
Strategic Growth and Physician Relationships:
Develop and execute strategies to drive case volume growth, expand service lines, and recruit new physicians.
Build strong relationships with physicians, medical groups, and other stakeholders to support growth and governance.
Design marketing initiatives to engage local employers and payers to increase the centers visibility and volume.
Financial Performance:
Manage the centers P&L, ensuring financial controls, reporting accuracy, and profitability.
Develop and implement annual strategic business plans aligned with partnership goals and market demands.
Collaborate with corporate teams to identify and execute best practices for clinical, operational, and financial excellence.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000
Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred but not required
Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in an ambulatory surgery or endoscopy center.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success in physician relations, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, life safety codes, and accreditation standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire trust and confidence.
