Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/toddler teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with children, promoting their social skills and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's development at home and in school.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in early childhood education or related fields, infant/toddler care is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, including toddler care and special education strategies.
- Strong skills in behavior management and the ability to educate children in a classroom setting.
- AA degree or certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience willing to get needed education levels,.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all children is essential.

Pay: $14.05 - $17.00 per hour
