Experienced tutor(s) or former teacher with a focus on the Humanities - including English (up to AP) and History (including WHAP and APUSH). Ability to tutor upper level HS Spanish a huge plus!
Also seeking candidate(s) with a STEM focus - Bio, Chem, Physics and / or upper level math up to Calc BC
The Academic Coach Experience :
Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours
Collaborative environment with all sessions taking place in our office
Paid training and shadowing with veteran Academic Coaches
Healthcare benefits for coaches who work 32 hours per week on a regular basis
Requirements
Superior ability to teach content and connect with students
Graduated from or currently attending a 4-year university
Availability : Evening & weekend availability of at least 15 hours per week during the semester. Ideal candidate is available 4pm-8pm daily during the week . Our sessions generally occur Monday-Thursday 3pm-9 : 30pm, Sunday 10am-7pm (coaches must be available for at least 4 hours on Sunday).
