Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHRs) to update patient information and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the clinic, including answering phone calls, responding to patient inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of patient appointments and medical histories.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and patient concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the clinic's administrative processes are always up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in medical administrative support roles is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and a strong understanding of medical records and procedures preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic healthrecords (EHRs).
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality and security of patient records.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a moderate-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new software and technology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compliance with all clinic policies and procedures.
