Busy Surgical Specialty Medical Group seeing Clinical Manager
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Management of the daily clinical operations-including purchasing for 2 locations, allergy, and CT
- Manage clinical staff-performance, attendance & scheduling, training, and general supervision
- Manage and improve clinical workflows and interaction between other departments in the practice
- Oversee OSHA compliance, CT Accreditation
- Liaison for the physicians in the group for referring MDs, patients (when needed) as well as outside vendors
Requirements:
- Strong Communication and Computer Skills
- Management Experience
- LPN or RN
