Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Hosts and Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Handle phone calls with courtesy and efficiency
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests effectively
- Process payments using TOAST POS system
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with guest relations and providing excellent guest services
- Familiarity with TOAST POS system is a plus
