Assistant Boys' & Girls' Track Coach
Who You Are
The Episcopal Academy is seeking an assistant coach for the Boys' and Girls' Track & Field team. Strong candidates for the role will have a proven record of success and possess a passion for working with young people as both athletes and human beings. Candidates with experience in pole vault, throws, or hurdles are preferred.
About You
The ideal candidate for the Track Coach at The Episcopal Academy will possess the following:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Three (3) years of coaching experience.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Valid PA Driver's License.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and varying athletic skill levels.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A deep commitment to player well-being and success, on and off the track.
- The skills to help ensure that all athletes at all ability levels are growing and improving.
- A desire to be a part of a positive, inclusive, and team-first culture.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Belief in the value of student-athletes playing multiple sports.
- A commitment to our team's schedule: practices, meets, and team gatherings.
- Ability to plan creative and effective practice plans for athletes.
