Strategic Recruiter for Faculty, Staff and Administrators
The Episcopal Academy is seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Coordinator to play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional employees who support our school's mission and strategic goals.
Talent Acquisition Strategies
Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates for faculty, administrative, and staff positions. This includes leveraging diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to boost the talent pool.
Pipeline Development and Management
Establish and foster relationships with potential candidates to build robust pipelines for future employment openings. Ensure all hiring practices adhere to legal and institutional policies.
Educator Employer Branding
Develop recruitment marketing and strategies to promote The Episcopal Academy as a premier employer, highlighting our competitive salary and benefits, employer retirement plan match, and use of campus facilities.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to legal and institutional policies.
- Events: Plan and participate in career fairs, networking events, and other initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field or equivalent experience. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within education, non-profit organizations, or mission-driven environments, is required.
A strong understanding of the independent school community is a plus, as is demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, HR software, and social media recruitment tools; familiarity with iSolved's Attract and Hire platform is also a plus.
