Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist with customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage and print the weekly bulletin
- Serve as a clerk by organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor management
- Support project coordination by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables
- Utilize Google Suite to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors
- Act as a personal assistant to the Rector by managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence
Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
