Your Role:
- Help guests discover their perfect experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
- Interact with all guests, welcoming each to our hotel.
- Assist guests arriving by motor vehicle by opening doors and welcoming them.
- Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in.
- Upon check-in, escort guests and their luggage to their room while explaining amenities and fun facts.
- Collaborate with other attendants to ensure personalized experiences and provide exceptional service.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entrance area.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
- Hospitality industry experience is beneficial.
- Ability to solve problems when they arise.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license for at least three years with a clean driving record.
- Pleasant and helpful personality.
- Able to work a full shift standing and moving between areas of the hotel.
- Desire to make a positive impact on others.
- Outgoing and engaging personality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
