Your Role:
- Greet each group of guests, providing information on convenience cart services and product availability.
- Take orders and upsell where appropriate.
- Maintain proper payment and bookkeeping procedures.
- Ensure order on the course by following golf etiquette and operating the cart safely.
- Manage inventory, verifying supplies and notifying management of shortages.
- Obtain approval for opening and closing inventory, removing perishable items daily, and maintaining a clean cart.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Inspect the cart regularly, reporting any maintenance concerns to management.
- Comply with procedures for serving alcoholic beverages.
- Stay up-to-date on resort amenities and special events.
- Interact professionally with resort staff, assisting other departments as needed.
Responsibilities:
- You must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- You should be comfortable driving a Golf Cart.
- You should possess an engaging and welcoming personality.
- You should be descriptive and able to sell.
- You should have knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
- You should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- You should have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
- You should have excellent communication skills.
- You should be able to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- You should be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
