Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Golf Course Groundskeeper. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in creating a world-class golf experience for our guests.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine labor involved in golf course maintenance and construction, including:
- Operating powered equipment to maintain specified golf course areas
- Waters and fertilizes putting greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other related turf areas
- Grades and prepares soil plant beds, lays sod, and plants vegetative material
- Performs routine bunker maintenance and/or bunker renovation
- Supports irrigation maintenance duties, including irrigation head trimming, valve trimming, PVC pipe repairs, and minor electrical tasks
- Maintains ball washers, coolers, course signage, bathrooms, trash cans, tunnels, course roping, flags, cups, and tee markers
- Operates mechanical loaders to move soil, debris, and other materials
- Supports the course mechanic in lubrication and minor service repairs to equipment
