The Equinox Resort is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Painter/Carpenter. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance trade functions such as wall repair, painting, furniture repair and painting.
We are looking for someone with experience working as a painter or carpenter, knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.), an engaging and welcoming personality with good communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests, and be available to work various shifts to include weekends and holidays.

- Performing general maintenance of buildings, facilities, and soft goods
- Repairing finishes and touch-ups to various surfaces throughout the hotel and meeting space
- Maintaining logs and records as required by company policy and procedures
- Participating in the hotel/resort's preventive maintenance program
